Privacy Policy
Invictus International Inc. (“Invictus”, “we”, “us”) operates goinvictus.com. This policy explains what data is collected when you visit this site, how it is used, and your rights.
What We Collect
Server logs. Our web servers automatically record standard HTTP request data: your IP address, browser and operating system (user agent), the page you requested, the time of the request, and HTTP status code. These logs are used solely for security monitoring and infrastructure diagnostics.
Analytics. We use Umami , a privacy-respecting analytics tool. Umami collects anonymized, aggregated data about page visits — no personal identifiers, no fingerprinting, and no cookies are used. The data we receive cannot be used to identify you.
What We Do Not Collect
- No cookies are set by goinvictus.com
- No form submissions or account data (this site has no forms or accounts)
- No advertising or tracking pixels
- No cross-site tracking
Legal Basis (GDPR)
For visitors in the European Economic Area, our legal basis for processing server log data is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, the security and stable operation of our infrastructure. Analytics data is anonymized and does not constitute personal data processing under GDPR.
Data Retention
Server log files are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted. Umami analytics data is aggregated and not linked to individuals; no deletion schedule applies.
Third Parties
- Umami Cloud — analytics processor. Data is processed in accordance with Umami’s privacy policy.
- CDN providers — static assets (images, scripts) may be served via CloudFront. Standard CDN access logs may be retained per their policies.
No personal data is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
Your Rights
If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or Brazil, you have rights under applicable law (GDPR / UK GDPR / LGPD) including the right to access, correct, restrict, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. Given that we collect no personal data beyond server logs (which are not linked to identities), most requests will result in confirmation that no identifiable data is held.
